...My wife & I have had the privilege of working with Ms. Rehbein in the sale of our home in Sun City Grand this past summer and with the purchase of a new residence as well.

We have found Mona to be very knowledgeable in the market conditions in this area and was very astute in pricing our home and in making an appropriate offer for the home we purchased. She also assisted us in the
"staging" of our residence prior to putting it on the market.

In as much as we were not present in Arizona from mid-June on, Mona and her husband took it upon themselves to keep the house looking fresh. They went the "extra mile" in house-sitting for us as well, making sure that everything looked, smelled and worked as it should. They kept the golf cart batteries "topped off" and charged, as well as turning over the car in the garage. Prior to an open house, and again when the prospective buyer came for a "walk through", they spent significant energy preparing the property.

Mona facilitated the hiring and supervised the completion of those items that were necessary to satisfy any deficiencies found as the result of the "inspection" of the home. Again, it saved us from returning to Arizona to supervise this process.

Above all, Mona and her husband have become our friends. They are both friendly, upbeat people with very positive outlooks. Their charm and personalities are only superseded by the professionalism they exhibit.

We can highly recommend Mona Rehbein for any real estate transaction that you might need. I cannot believe that you would be disappointed in any way.
